The Bordner Process

Step #1
Click the Buy Now Button Above. Once you fill out your information and pay, our customer service team will contact you to schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you to have us visit and perform the diagnostic.
Step #2
Our Repair Consultants visit the property, make their diagnostic report for you and send it via email. If they find anything that cannot be repair on-site the first day covered under the program fee, they will detail that in the report and give you options to proceed with the maintenance or repairs.
Step #3
Our Project Coordinator Team will contact you if further days need to be scheduled for repairs or additional work.
Step #4
Steve will review all work and diagnostics from the Repair Consultants and call or contact you if any further findings need research or investigation, along with Steve reviewing all work to make sure it is up to our standard of protecting your properties.
