He was professional and knowledgeable during the installation. I and my wife have used the shower and we are extremely pleased and happy with the results. They were out quickly to assess the repair need and weather permitting, were very quick in coming back to make the needed repairs.

I also asked them to replace my sliding glass door, which was original to the house from 1973.  Their price was reasonable and I believe it's a quality product.  The manufacturer left a part out of the box, and when I brought it to Bordner's attention, they moved things around on their schedule to get back out as soon as they could to install the part.

TJ came out to look at a leak that we had coming from a skylight and the roof.  He thoroughly checked it, took pictures, sealed a few worn areas, and then marked the inside ceiling for us to monitor with the next rain.  He didn't try to sell us for a new roof, new skylight, or even new flashing when he didn't see any evidence of needing them replaced.  We have a plan, and not an enormous, unnecessary bill.  Next repair we need, we will definitely be calling Bordner since I can trust their evaluation of what is truly needed.

Great communication and help with all of the questions we had.  One of the best experience with a contractor we have had and we live in an old home so there is constantly something.  Could not recommend working with Jordan more.

Also want to mention Daniel Frey and John Hanson as they were able to find where our water leak was coming in as many others had failed.
