These guys were very professional and helpful. It wasn't my roof that was leaking; it was my upstairs toilet. They could have sold me a roof, but TJ McAlmond from Bordner Home Improvement's honesty outweighed everything. There aren't many home improvement companies out there with integrity and honesty. Especially with the recent rain and hail we endured, the majority of these companies are competing with one another for profit, sales, and bonuses, while the poor become poorer and the companies become richer. Had a house roof repair appointment with TJ McAlmond. He completed 360 view and explained in detail the repairs needed. Showed photos of area in need of repair and costs that will complete project. We hired Bordner to repair a small leak in our roof that only occurs in heavy rain.   They came out, evaluated it, and proposed a solution that they said would fix the leak.  Two months after their repair was completed, we had a heavy rain and the leak was still present.  When I called them, they said that there was no warranty for their work because I did not pay extra for that.  They said they would be happy to charge me to come out and take a look again. Have worked with Bordners many times on various projects and have always been satisfied with their work.  I especially appreciate that their sales people aren't high pressure (in my experience) and always friendly.  We've worked with Jacob many times and he is always friendly and helpful when explaining everything.  Would definitely recommend them.
