Great experience. No pressure, no sales tactics that made me feel weird. Much appreciated

Bordner did a great job fixing my roof. They were professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work looks excellent. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

We met with Jacob from Bordner about replacing our sliding back door with a new patio door (with a built in doggy door!) and we are so impressed with his customer service and responses to our questions. We look forward to working with him and his team through this project and would be happy to work with Bordner again in the future!

TJ did a great job explaining the situation with our roof. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me which was a relief compared to how I felt dealing with previous home improvement companies. We are getting a few shingles replaced and I feel confident that our roof will have a lot of life left afterwards. Thank you!

I had a new roof installed. Finished project looks good. It did take quite a while to get to it. I had to wait about 3 months. Only time will tell if it was worth the extra money.

ORIGINAL REVIEW UPDATED:
The work has now been completed. Everyone I interacted with was great! I must say I am very impressed with the level of communication and professionalism from Bordner. After my initial consultation, I was contacted the next day to set up a follow up appointment to confirm measurements. After the measurements were completed (I forgot his name, but he was very professional, and ensured I understood what they planned to do) I was notified that materials had been ordered, and a date was set to complete my project. The day of the project, the installer, Alex arrived on time and was very courteous and professional, completing the work efficiently.
Also thank you to Johanna, who I spoke to several times on the phone and Samantha, the project manager. I will definitely be a repeat customer for future projects!
(Original Review)Jordan Johnson came out for my initial consultation, and I was very impressed! He was very professional and took the time to ensure I knew what all my options were. I feel very confident moving forward with Bordner for my project.
