Had a house roof repair appointment with TJ McAlmond. He completed 360 view and explained in detail the repairs needed. Showed photos of area in need of repair and costs that will complete project. We hired Bordner to repair a small leak in our roof that only occurs in heavy rain.   They came out, evaluated it, and proposed a solution that they said would fix the leak.  Two months after their repair was completed, we had a heavy rain and the leak was still present.  When I called them, they said that there was no warranty for their work because I did not pay extra for that.  They said they would be happy to charge me to come out and take a look again. Have worked with Bordners many times on various projects and have always been satisfied with their work.  I especially appreciate that their sales people aren't high pressure (in my experience) and always friendly. My insurance company recommended Bordner for hail damage claim. My initial assessment was quickly scheduled and things have been moving smoothly since. I've been really impressed. The assessor, Drew, was prompt, professional and kind.  He explained everything and answered all of my questions in detail.  Drew really put me at ease. If you are looking to install new siding on your home, you must call Bordner! We chose Bordner to remove the 100-year-old shingles from our home and replace them with James Hardie siding planks. The consultation visit was a very pleasant experience. Kevin came to our home, talked to us about what we wanted the end result to look like and noted our specific requests. We set an additional visit for the next week where Kevin came to our home with a visual representation of what our home would look like with the new product. He provided detailed information about the product and the process that will take place. I learned more than I ever thought I would about siding. I'm also grateful for the time that Kevin took to explain everything. The product we are going to have installed will last half a century if it is installed correctly. Bordner has every strict guidelines they adhere to in order to ensure proper installation and fully warranty from the manufacturer. We are looking forward to the installation process and enjoying our completed home for decades to come.
