I haven't yet decided what siding company I am going to use, but Lauren was a great sales person.  She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells.  She was patient as I changed my mind on colors.  She showed what my house would look like in different colors. Had stucco repaired where the chimney and roof meet. They installed new flashing first while knitting in new shingles. Had trim boards replaced just under the metal chase cap as well. I asked for a call back to close two small gaps in the caulk; they did so the next business day.

Drew came for a roof inspection. I was anticipating a full replacement. Luckily the Bordner roof shore up service was sufficient. The scheduling was seamless, communication was excellent, everyone was very friendly and professional. I just recently had all of my gutters replaced.  I choose Bordner because in my search for contractors their name came up. I was expecting a job well done as they had popped up on Angie,  but was truly pleasantly surprised at not just the quality of the work, but how quickly it was done including cleaning up everything after themselves! I called this company because I noticed excessive granular loss on my shingles.  Gavin inspected my roof, agreed a manufacturer warranty claim was justified, and pulled a shingle sample and took pictures.  It required continuous follow-up on my end with both Gavin and his supervisor Aaron to get them to submit the pictures and samples. (Gavin had the samples in his possession for 3+ weeks before mailing them in).  When the manufacturer denied the claim, Bordner Roofing completely ghosted me.  They would not respond to my request for advice on next steps, nor could I find out if the place on my roof where shingles were removed was repaired temporarily or permanently.  It felt like they just wanted a quick job and had zero interest in providing actual customer service or expert support.  I would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.  The roofing crew was amazing and put on our roof in one day in 100° heat.  Totally would recommend this company!
