Needing my patio door replaced, my son researched a few places and found Bordener Home Improvement.  He chose them based on the number of excellent reviews, so I agreed. Bryan came Saturday morning at 10 am sharp. He explained everything to me. I asked several questions he kindly answered every one. He was very efficient, courteous and showed me many choices. I haven't yet decided what siding company I am going to use, but Lauren was a great sales person.  She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells.  She was patient as I changed my mind on colors.  She showed what my house would look like in different colors. Had stucco repaired where the chimney and roof meet. They installed new flashing first while knitting in new shingles. Had trim boards replaced just under the metal chase cap as well. I asked for a call back to close two small gaps in the caulk; they did so the next business day.

Drew came for a roof inspection. I was anticipating a full replacement. Luckily the Bordner roof shore up service was sufficient. The scheduling was seamless, communication was excellent, everyone was very friendly and professional. I just recently had all of my gutters replaced.  I choose Bordner because in my search for contractors their name came up. I was expecting a job well done as they had popped up on Angie,  but was truly pleasantly surprised at not just the quality of the work, but how quickly it was done including cleaning up everything after themselves! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone. And I will definitely use them for any other projects I have!
